Public transport
A number of tram, bus, and trolley stops are just a few steps away from the downtown office building. In addition to its excellent public transport accessibility, the building also offers the possibility to rent parking spaces.
Environmental awareness
As we consider environmental awareness to be very important, we promote the use of bicycling as a form of transportation by continuously increasing storage capacities and providing changing rooms and shower facilities.
Parking
Paid parking is available in the surrounding streets. There is also a locked, paid parking lot next to the building, which offers a discount for office building tenants.
Access within the building
The building consists of two main wings accessible via 3 stairwells, 4 passenger elevators, and a freight elevator.
Services
The office building offers round-the-clock security and reception desk services, including mail handling and a quick repair service to ensure both ease of use and security. The offices available vary in size and are refurbished as necessary and feature high-speed fiber optic internet access, an industrial electrical network, the building’s own transformer, and diesel generators. Both employees and clients can use the locked parking lot immediately next to the office building.
A description of the building
In Szeged, the building is known as the “Postal Palace”. It owes its name to the fact that it was the most ergonomic building in Hungary at the time of its completion in 1979. The building has a floor area of 11,863 m². It consists of two main wings accessible via 3 stairwells, 4 passenger elevators, and a freight elevator. Men’s and women’s restrooms are available to tenants on each floor.
The telecommunications equipment, fiber optic cables, batteries, and diesel generators installed in the office building have attracted Hungary’s major telecommunications companies, and small companies naturally also enjoy the same infrastructure.
Current tenants
Tenants in the office building include 4iG NyRt., Yettel Magyarország Zrt., Magyar Telekom Távközlési nyRt., the Csongrád County Directorate of the Tax and Customs Administration (NAV), the Hungarian State Railway’s (MÁV) FKG Felépítménykarbantartó és Gépjavító Kft., and numerous smaller companies.
